Coors Light 5Km, 10Km & 1/2 Marathon Sunday
Three big events this weekend to keep us fit and busy! The 5Km, 10Km and ½ Marathon Run & Walk on Sunday morning always attracts a great group of enthusiasts and the 7th annual SXM Challenge which started in 2001 is sure to be a fantastic weekend race for avid paddlers, windsurfers and kiters! This is the first time that Kayaking/Surfskiing will be included in this two-day event sponsored by Mad Co, which includes 3 races, a picnic at Tintemarre and a great dinner at Orient.

We have finalized a decent fare with LIAT for those traveling to Nevis for the Triathlon on March 21st.
Since the flight to Nevis from St. Maarten is a government subsidized route, we were not able to negotiate a price with Winair, so we will be traveling with LIAT to St. Kitts and then taking the Sea Bridge Ferry to Nevis. Please have a look at www.liat.com as soon as possible to choose your flights and then email your preferred times to us so we can confirm your reservation. The special is $225 which allows us any flight from LIAT.
Most of us will be traveling on Saturday morning at 7:35am and returning at 8:15pm, but there are other flights available.
As mentioned last week, most of us will be staying at the Oualie Beach which has always been our favorite accommodation for this race due to the proximity to the Pasta party and Registration. Rates start at $95 for one person in a room and $120 for two to three persons. Rooms include 2 Double Beds or 1 King Size Bed. Please email us (trisport@caribserve.net) your reservations so that we can be sure to have a cottage for you when you arrive.
· The Nisbett Plantation is also a great option but is a bit more expensive at a special rate of $175 per night (2 persons per room).
