When was the last time you biked across two countries in one day? With our friendly and eccentric French guide, Fred, you’ll do just that.
Tri-Sport’s comfortable and light TREK mountain bikes and hybrids are ideal for pedaling along the paved roads and unpaved trails that criss-cross our 37 square mile island.
Leave Tri-Sport in Simpsonbay and head through Colebay towards the French capital of Marigot. You will have a short stop at the virtual border that separates the French from the Dutch Side and learn about the history that created our Concordia Treaty, an agreement which resulted in almost five hundred years of peaceful coexistance between the two countries.
Explore the Local side of the Waterfront Market where Fred will introduce you to our exotic locally grown fruit like the Soursop and Breadfruit. Hike up to Fort Louis and enjoy the incredible 360 degree view as well as a History Lesson 101 on the famous battle that took place here over Coffee Beans.
From there you will either continue on around the Simpsonbay Lagoon, or head back along the Colebay Route, depending on your level of fitness at that point in time.
